FAQ

I want to bring my kids. Do they need tickets, too?

Children 12 and under can come to Reggae Roots FREE by adding a Kid’s Pass at checkout! We will have workshops and activities for children including bounce houses, a petting zoo, and face painters, too!

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted to camp.

Here’s how to reserve their free entry:

If you’re reserving a general admission ticket, you’ll see an option to add free children’s tickets with your purchase. Please make sure to add one for every child 12 or under that you’re bringing with you.

If you’re purchasing VIP or Super VIP tickets, you’ll notice there’s no option to add children’s tickets (we’re updating this soon!). Instead, please go through the general admission ticket portal separately to reserve your free children’s tickets (after reserving your adult VIP ticket).

What are the acceptable forms of ID?

Can we swim or get into the water?

This is a BIG NO-NO. Although the water may seem welcoming, this is a marshland waterway that is unsafe for swimming or wading, or standing in. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
